Beklommen beton

This Piece was done in collaboration with: Het Residentie Orkest en Theater Amare.

This was part of the project called stage you're voice.

In this project I got the chance to work with amazing coaches in an intense writing week.

I wanted to write a piece to reflect on the things I saw, growing up in the lower class neighborhoods.

I got together with an amazing singer Li/Lo, and a band for the first performance.

After that we got to perform the piece 3 more times with the Residentie orkest on stage:

first at Bevrijding's festival The Hague

second at Park pop The Hague

and final performance was at "Museum Beelden aan zee".

For me This was an amazing experience.
